Returns & Refunds

You may return items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags attached.

Email hello@smashify.eu with your order reference and reason for return. We'll respond with return instructions.

• Customer pays return shipping costs in most cases.
• If the item is defective or incorrect, we cover all return shipping and issue a full refund including original shipping.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return and are issued to your original payment method.

Sale items are eligible for return unless marked as final sale.

Rackets that have been strung or customised cannot be returned.

Customers in the EU have a 14-day cooling-off period under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), in addition to our 30-day return window.
