Smashify (smashify.eu) is operated by Smashify, a company registered in Lithuania. By using our website you agree to these terms.

By accessing or using our website, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and accept these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

All prices are shown in EUR including VAT. We reserve the right to change prices, withdraw products, or correct pricing errors at any time without prior notice.

An order confirmation is sent by email after purchase. A contract is formed once we accept your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order — for example due to stock, pricing errors, or suspected fraud — and to issue a full refund in such cases.

Secure payment is processed via the MakeCommerce payment gateway. We do not store full card details on our servers.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos and design — is owned by Smashify or its licensors and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce or republish content without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smashify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes shall be settled in the competent courts of Lithuania.
